IN DEPTH:
In the Seven of Cups, you stand before a champagne tower. Seven bubbly over-flowing coupes filled with various party-gifts. Some cups offer desired ‘gifts’ such as financial grants, a new book, a publishing deal, a wreath of ‘likes’,’shares’, & ‘subscribe’s’.
But others hold curses packaged as gifts: a spiked drink, a snake in the grass, a reminder of crushing debt, or a beautiful 3 inch bust of Ulrike Meinhoff (which also happens to be a weird impulse buy you can’t figure out how to justify), and lastly the specter of being noticed by all the wrong corners of the world.
The Seven of Cups indicates that there are many opportunities before you. But, of course, you cannot drink from all the cups. This opulent champagne tower begs us to be considerate and measured in our choices, and actions, and how we approach what is available. Apply scrutiny to what is offered. “All that glitters is not gold”. Look for your inner guidance.
