IN DEPTH:
The Ten of Wands shows a man carrying a large bundle of placards towards a small rally only a short distance away. His back is weighed down by the heavy load he carries, but he pushes forward.
He finds himself bogged down not just by the physical weight but also– the emotional weight of the past and the messages he carries with him into the future. He is weighed down by the watching eyes of those he passes by on his journey, and the ominous colonial statues. His destination is not far and he knows he will soon be able to release some of the weight he is bears.
